We made it!2021-2022 school year is a wrap!
Here is a recap of our income and expenses this school year…
Total amount fundraised: $21,910.95
Biggest fundraiser: $9,068.64, The Fun Run
Of our money spent…
~63% went towards student activities: Fun Day, class parties, assemblies, Beaver Tales, field trips, field trip transportation, behavior incentives, family night, etc
~35% went towards building/teacher supplies and staff appreciation: staff luncheons, staff gift cards, construction paper for the classrooms, mulch for the playground, custodian dinner, staff appreciation week activities, Frye transportation breakfast, etc
~2% administrative costs: insurance, taxes, website fees
Biggest expense category: Field trip admission and transportation, $7,855.65
2nd biggest expense category: Fun Day/class parties, $6,649.53

**So much labor and love and hours of time were given from these women! Please join me in thanking them!
And there are so many other volunteers who have donated and given hours of their time to the events this year. Thank you so very much for everything you do and give to the PTO.
We are also grateful for our school partners, too: teachers, teaching assistants, therapists, counselor, cafeteria monitors, subs, hall monitors, custodial staff, food service staff, our secretaries, special teachers, our principals, Frye transportation, superintendents, and our school board directors.
What a beautiful and supportive PTO College Square has! Thank you all for being apart of this special group.
